Favourite flick

Thursday, 02 August 2012

FILM fans are being invited to vote for their favourite ahead of the Forest Film Fest.
Leyton Cricket Ground, in High Road, will be transformed into an open-air cinema from Friday, August 31, to Sunday, September 2, for the festival and people can vote for the movies they most want to see.
Divided into seven categories, the selection includes Disney classics like Bambi to modern-day favourites like Up and Finding Nemo for the big kid in all of us while elsewhere something altogether spookier is promised with the likes of Alien, The Thing and a selection of Hitchcock thrillers to choose from.
Elsewhere there are big-budget blockbusters from Avatar to Star Wars; feel-good sports flicks like Cool Runnings; a selection of super-suave James Bond offerings and all-time classics like Casablanca, Breakfast At Tiffany’s and The Great Escape.
To vote, visit www.walthamforestbig6.
co.uk, register and make your choices by noon tomorrow (Friday).
